We have authorized Team Cozy retailers around the globe. Please email us at info@teamcozy with your city, postal code and country to see if there are any shops near you.

How can I become a Team Cozy dealer?

Please shoot us an email at info@teamcozy.com to apply to be an authorized retailer. Please provide us with your store name, location/s of your store, website and list of brands you currently carry.

Can I change my order once placed?

Once your order has been placed and confirmed, it is not possible to make any changes.

What if my order is not correct?

Every so often mistakes do happen but we will do our best to fix it. If you notice a mistake with your order, please contact info@teamcozy.com and we will look into it. Please include your order number at all times with emailing us.

We ship out of our HQ in Huntington Beach, CA .

Domestic Shipping

We currently offer FedEx as method of shipment.

Orders placed during regular business hours will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. Note: We are not in the office during the weekends and holidays. 

Overnight / Next Day / 2 Day Shipping

In-stock items ordered before 2PM Pacific will be shipped out same day.

International shipping information

We currently offer FedEx and DHL as methods of shipment.

Standard delivery is 5-10 business days and depending on the service you choose, can be expedited.

Total shipping costs is calculated by size and weight of your package.

To ensure your package is delivered seamlessly, always add your phone number and email address upon placing your order. We, DHL or FedEx may try to contact you in regards to your order/delivery. Also, please advised that we are not responsible for any duty or custom fees you may incur. If you decided not to pay the fee, the package will be sent back to us and only the product will be refunded.

Please note that your parcel can be delayed by customs. We have no control over this.

Customs and import fees must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Please contact your local customs office for current charges before you order so you are not surprised when the package arrives.

Does Team Cozy ship to P.O. boxes?

We do not deliver to P.O. boxes for security purposes.

What is Team Cozy’s return policy?

Not cozy enough for you? We gladly accept all returns that are unworn and in their new original condition with all attached tags and packaging. Please return all parcels by registered mail to the address provided in the return/exchange form within 14 working days from receipt. Please be sure to clearly mark your return shipment as returned goods on any customs or postal forms. Team Cozy is not financial responsible for shipping charges on returns.

If you need to make an exchange, items must be in their original unworn condition with attached tags and packaging and sent to the address provided in the return/exchange form within 30 days from the receipt. Team Cozy is not financially responsible for shipping charges on exchanges back to our headquarters. Be sure to obtain a tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost packages.

All exchanges are dependent on existing stock. Notice must be given to info@teamcozy.com within 14 days for any problems or concerns with merchandise. Item must be original packaging with tags attached and unworn. Any store credit issued will be valid for one year from the date issued.
